John R. Kemp, former deputy director of the Louisiana Endowment for the Humanities and former staff writer for the Times-Picayune will be here signing his new book Expressions of Place: The Contemporary Louisiana Landscape. The book is a journey through the rural and urban landscapes of Louisiana as presented through the eyes, imaginations, and talents of thirty-seven artists located across the state including Jacqueline Bishop, Simon Gunning, Robert Warrens, Phil Sandusky, Willie Birch, Rolland Golden, and more.
