The Ogden Museum of Southern Art is seeking one part-time communications intern (undergraduate or graduate) to assist the communications department with social media, content writing, event listing submissions, website updates, graphic design, short videos and other communications efforts.
This is an unpaid internship, although college credit may be available through your school. The schedule is flexible based on your availability, and some work can be done remotely.

The Education Intern will work closely with the Director of Education and Education Assistant to assist with the planning and organizing of activities coordinated by the Education Department such as docent led tours, summer camps the Summer Teen Docent Program and Family Days. Additional duties may include research for special projects and assisting other areas of the museum as requested. The intern will also be expected to perform general departmental duties, such as preparation of program packets, creating educational materials, correspondence, social media and scheduling. Candidates must have excellent organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and should be comfortable interacting with the public.
This position is an un-paid, part-time position.
