Sweet Olive String Band is a four-piece band out of new Orleans that stays true to the spirit of American rural string band music with high lonesome style harmonies, a healthy mix of old time fiddling, soulful slide guitar, bluesy mandolin, and guitar picking anchored by a steady pulse string bass.
