Seva Venet’s latest project “Misieu Bainjo: a Celebration of the Banjo in New Orleans” features the compositions of many New Orleans banjo legends including Danny Barker, Narvin Kimball, and Creole George Guesnon.  Venet builds upon his experience in working with many contemporary traditional jazz legends including Tuba Fats, Treme Brass Band Lionel Ferbos, Lars Edegran, Dr. Michael White Greg Stafford and Shannon Powell all of whom Venet has performed with extensively.
