Teen Artist Encounter Clay Forms

Teens are invited to explore the exhibition the Whole Drum Will Sound: Women in Southern Abstraction with educator and exhibiting artist MaPo Kinnord, who will lead a contemplative clay workshop investigating the aesthetics of improvisation and its role in connecting oneself with ancestry. Free but advance registration required.  

Craft Happy Hour Textile Animals with Frances Rodriguez

Textile artist and painter, Frances Rodriguez will lead participants in a textile and fabric workshop. Students will be assembling animals from pieces of fabric and mounting them onto a fabric background to display as a wall-hanging. This Craft Happy Hour is sold out.
