Elizabeth Bick

Bio

Elizabeth Bick is a photographer based in New York City. A recent exhibition at the Norton Museum of Art won her the Rudin Prize 2017, alongside a one-woman exhibit on view at University of Texas Visual Arts Center in January 2017.  Notable group shows include Aperture Foundation Gallery and Fraenkel Gallery. Several of her works have been featured in Art News, Art Forum, Huffington Post, Lenscratch, The New Yorker, The New York Times, and Paper Journal. She has been a resident artist at The Art & Law Program, LATITUDE Chicago, American Academy in Rome, Santa Fe Art Institute, Chateau La Napoule, and LMCC Workspace.  Grant and awards include The Joan Mitchell Foundation, Pollock-Krasner Foundation, and the Contemporary Arts Museum Houston.  She holds a MFA in Photography from Yale University.
