This is Mayavin. His name means master of illusion, and he is demonstrating the governments of the world. The reason he was made was to depict how the world can hide the constant conflicts, but they are always there. Though the world can seem as peaceful as a river, there will always be fire behind it. Mayavin is the illusion made to mask our troubles.
