Dr. Hans Gruenig is a teacher of practices for greater happiness and well being, including meditation, Buddhist philosophy and psychology, positive psychology, and practices for healthier relationships. He has twenty years of experience teaching courses and workshops at places such as Tulane University, Wild Lotus Yoga, Swan River Yoga, Flowering Lotus Retreat Center, and the UNO-Japan Program in Kyoto, Japan. He earned an M.A. in Philosophy, Cosmology and Consciousness Studies from the California Institute of Integral Studies and a Ph.D. in Philosophy from Tulane University, where he teaches popular courses on Buddhism and positive psychology.
