Bio

Trent Pechon was born in 1991 in Mandeville, Louisiana, where he currently lives, and works. He is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art at Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, Louisiana. Though he is a young artist, Pechon has exhibited his work in several galleries around the United States. He has been featured at the Eisentrager Howard Gallery in Lincoln, Nebraska, Barrett Art Gallery in Poughkeepsie, New York, and the Masur Museum of Art in Monroe, Louisiana. Versatile and adventurous, his collection of artwork includes sculpture, mixed media, painting, photography, and ceramic. In addition to attending classes full time, Pechon is currently an associate of Southeastern Louisiana’s Contemporary Art Gallery, as well as the curator of the Hyde Gallery in Hammond, Louisiana.
