Halperin Associate Curator of Modern and Contemporary Art at the Cantor Arts Center at Stanford University. During this interactive tour\, Dr. Alexander will discuss a selection of work from the exhibition alongside artists from this year’s exhibition who will be on hand to contribute to the interactive dialog and offer further insights into their work. DESCRIPTION:Adult Summer Camp 2023: August 21 – 25\, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. each day  \nThis five-day adult program provides opportunities to deepen your artistic skills or explore new areas of expression. Creativity\, learning and fun are the rules of the day exploring a wide variety of 2D and 3D media. In this one week deep dive\, we’ll focus on the array of artworks on exhibit for the Museum’s 20th Anniversary. Participants will work with a visual artist and educator Mikhayla Harrell to create rich explorations in sculpture\, painting\, mixed media and beyond. All classes will include mindfulness techniques and NeuroArts discussions to boost creativity\, focus and success. \nFor adults of all levels seeking a new or refined creative edge.
