SUMMARY:After School Studi-O
DESCRIPTION:Join Art Educator Mikhayla Harrell for a fun\, inventive and playful six week After School Art Studi-O. Artists will learn about the Museum’s collection\, tour the exhibitions\, sharpen painting and drawing skills and make artwork inspired by the art the group discuss. \nThe focus this fall\, is on artworks that highlight the Elements of Art. A new theme and materials will be investigated each class. Sculpture\, painting\, drawing\, printmaking and so much more! This is a great opportunity for blossoming artists to try out new materials\, make friends with other young creatives and expand upon their interests in art. \nAfter School Art Studi-O takes place on Wednesdays from 4 – 5:30 p.m. on October 4\, 18 and 25 and November 1\, 8 and 15\, 2023.
