Panel Discussion The Dismantling of Southern Photography

Panelists and New Southern Photography photographers, RaMell Ross, Jared Soares and Celestia Morgan, will examine the New Southern Photography exhibition and L. Kasimu Harris’ essay, “The Dismantling of Southern Photography,” touching on the historical and contemporary disparities within the canon of Southern photography that exist along lines of race, gender and sexual orientation. Moderated by L. Kasimu Harris.

FREE and open to the public.
